Is Crisis-Lite Care Right for Me?

Crisis-Lite care is designed to help adults who are feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or stuck — and who need support now, but do not need emergency or inpatient care.

Crisis-Lite Care May Be Right for You If:

✔ You are an adult (18+)
✔ You are experiencing increased stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
✔ You need support, guidance, or help figuring out next steps
✔ You want short-term, practical support
✔ You are open to skills-based groups, peer support, or brief individual services
✔ You are safe to participate in outpatient care

Crisis-Lite Care May NOT Be Right for You If:

❌ You are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency
❌ You are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others
❌ You require inpatient hospitalization or detox
❌ You are seeking long-term psychotherapy only
❌ You are under 18
❌ You are seeking couples or family therapy

What Crisis-Lite Care Is Not

  • Inpatient treatment
  • Long-term psychotherapy
  • Crisis stabilization or involuntary treatment
